Of course, Jim Moran can raise $17,000 in one meeting with a lobbyist and turn it into a $35 million defense contract, but I digress.
I have to admit, after having met and podcasted with Amit Singh, seen his live-blog on Too Conservative, visited his Web site (and compared it with his competition), and read the latest news from the Alexandria Times, I’m beginning to get jazzed-up about this seemingly Quixotic challenge.
Could Singh be this year’s upset special?

What is Bearing Drift?

If there is no bearing drift, and the distance between you and the object is closing, there will be a collision; therefore, action must be taken. Most navigational rules say to avoid collision, turn to starboard -- the right!
