When a political campaign sprinkles an audience with friendly questioners who are guaranteed to be called upon, it’s called a “plant.”

When an ad jockey seeks to start a viral campaign for a candidate’s video spot, it’s called “seeding.” This is a textbook case of seeding on behalf of the Obama campaign, courtesy of one of the obviously proud farmers.
