Post Offices or National Security? Dems choose post offices
By | Wednesday, March 19th, 2008 | Catch-All

If the Democratic leadership in the House is so against the “Protect America Act”, then just vote on it. It’s interesting, but for all their rhetoric in 2006, they sure are a party of little action.

You’ve got to love the political minds who name bills in a manner such as the “Protect America Act”. Who could vote against that?

It’s even better than they “Protect Cute Fuzzy Bunnies and Chicks Act” proposed in 2002 which would have allowed drilling in Anwar and the clubbing of baby seals for sport…

I heard Teddy Kennedy wanted to co-sponsor “Protect Cute Fuzzy Bunnies and Chicks Act” until he found out it had nothing to do with the Playboy mansion.

    Ragnar,
Apparently most Democrats in the House…but not all. Which is why the bill is stalled.
